The certification of authenticity is managed by the Bartolomeo Gatto ETS Foundation

 

For the examination of the Works it is necessary to send an email to fondazione@bartolomeogatto.com

or by mail to Fondazione Bartolomeo Gatto, Via Giovi Altimari 10, 84133 Salerno

the following materials:

 

· owner's data and telephone contacts

· painting data (dimensions, support, technique);

· a list of any bibliographical and/or exhibition references and information regarding the provenance of the work;

· professional photos in digital .jpeg or .tiff format of the front and back of the work and any details, labels, inscriptions, etc. (300 dpi, shorter side 20cm);

 

You will need to wait for feedback on the quality of the material sent and receive instructions for paying for the service, which amounts to 100 euros for each authentication .

 

The staff will arrange for the authentication to be sent to the collector by post.

 

The Bartolomeo Gatto ETS Foundation is available to provide information about artworks to galleries and auction houses.
